My Personal Story

My name is Christy Brewer Anderson and in 2014, against all odds and amdist a fire storm of "no, you can't do this" coming at me from every direction, I bravely and consciously chose happiness and moved to Laguna Beach to be with the love of my life, Rich. Together, with his two children and my two children, we started a new life together and never looked back. We grow happier with every passing year.

The gorgeous sunny beaches surrounding me (still pinching myself) along with my obsession with the study and intentional practice of happiness, inspired me to take on the next big transition in my life. I stepped away from 25 years in corporate high-tech sales, where I felt unfree and trapped in a career that served me well for many years (thank you), but was no longer my calling. 

I wanted to use my deepest innate talents and passions to drive me, do something good for others, and live with more freedom and purpose - for myself, my husband, and my children. This led to the launch of Laguna Happy.

I am grateful and motivated daily by my loving family, the Laguna Beach community, and each and every customer across the country that reads our content and shops our small business. You are the reason this dream for me, has come true. But more importantly, your purchases are making the dreams of so many purpose-driven brands and small-batch makers come true too.
