OUR STORY

It started with one bold choice: In 2014, I walked away from a successful 25-year career in corporate high-tech sales. It had provided for my family, challenged me, and taught me a lot. But over time, it no longer felt aligned with who I was becoming. I felt boxed in, disconnected from what truly mattered, and ready for something new.

Choosing love, freedom, and a different kind of life: I chose happiness. I chose love. I moved to Laguna Beach to start a new life with the man who felt like home. Together, with his two children and my two children, we built a blended family and a new way of living. Every year, we grow closer and happier. That move, and the conscious decision to stop chasing someone else’s version of success, changed everything for me.

A personal pull toward something good: Surrounded by sunshine, salt air, and a deep desire to feel better in every way, I began to explore the connection between how we live and how we feel. I studied happiness, wellness, and the impact of daily choices. I paid attention to what nourished me and what drained me. And I followed the part of myself that wanted to build something useful, beautiful, and supportive to others too.

Laguna Happy was just the beginning: That vision became Laguna Happy. Named for my home, my muse, and the place that gave me the courage to begin again, Laguna Happy was born from the spirit of Laguna Beach and everything it represents. Wellness, beauty, energy, creativity, happiness, and true freedom.

Health is the foundation: Over time, it became even clearer to me that everything starts with health. When we feel well in our bodies, our minds have more space. When our surroundings are aligned with our values, our energy returns. When we stop tolerating what depletes us, we create room for what heals and strengthens us. This work evolved to focus more deeply on that truth. Wellness is not a category. It’s the base layer of everything we do.

The evolution into The Ever Good: Laguna Happy has now grown into The Ever Good. A name that reflects the long-lasting impact of small, conscious choices. We remain rooted in our original mission but with an expanded focus on helping you support your wellness through everyday decisions. We curate clean, crafted, and conscious lifestyle goods made by real people who care about what they create. We support small-batch makers, USA-made and fair trade brands, and companies that prioritize health, quality, and integrity. We also share stories, tools, and content that encourage you to reconnect with what matters. Whether it's a product for your home, a daily ritual, or a reminder to take better care of yourself, everything we offer is designed to support real wellness in real life.
