These absolutely adorable baby booties make for a perfect baby shower gift and keepsake item! They're perfect for photos during baby's first months too.
Crocheted by hand by women in the Karoo, a rural, semi-arid region in South Africa with very few job opportunities. The upper part of the booties is crocheted from hand-dyed yarn made with locally sourced merino wool and the soles are made from repurposed leather off-cuts.
Size: 0-3 months. The booties do stretch slightly.

Since the leather soles are made from repurposed offcuts, the color of the leather on each pair of booties may vary from dark to light brown or gray.
